   My parents started shopping there when it opened.
   They used to drag me off there when I was just a wee
   tike, that thing scared the hell out of me. Probably
   explains a lot of why I’m what I am today. Even
   scarier were the dark amber window shades they had there
   that gave the inside of the store a weird, end of the
   world glow.
