   So bombs can’t be placed in them. They remove them every year.

   Pathetic. Why bother having them out in the first place? Bombs can be placed at any time.

   It’s a good thing there aren’t any other places in lower Manhattan to hide such things – like cars, mailboxes, briefcases…

   or yellow cabs… they moved unchecked around the
   entire city, the greatest fleet of potential
   rolling bombs ever.
