Rolls-Royce to Take Back A380 Engines from Airbus
Engine maker Rolls-Royce has asked Airbus to return some Airbus A380 engines from production lines so it can use them to replace faulty turbines on airplanes already in service, Airbus said.

Rolls Royce makes a lot of there stuff here is the U.S. The old Allison plant in Indianapolis is a Rolls Royce plant now. They make the AC 1107C engines there. Of course those are for the V-22 and the Marine Corps may replace them because of the maintenance issues.
