   One of my company’s clients sent out a newsletter (actually, what we call an eblast – very short) today that said, simply, “9/11 – We Will Never Forget” (with image).

   They are based in San Diego – and they got multiple replies (people rarely respond to newsletters). ALL of the replies were variations on “Thank you for remembering”. Almost gave me hope for California…
