   It’s amazing how I knew hardly anything concerning Lena Horne, until I read a few articles here and there on her death. She was a class act from everything gathered. Beautiful until the end. There are not many women I can say this about. True enough, I’d watched the Stormy Weather performance a few times, back in the day, yet all I could vaguely remember was her cameo on The Muppets and The Cosby Show.

   I am certain she will be missed.
