Excited by article below about tasty animal goodness (which came out over the weekend) I decided that what I really needed for lunch after church on Sunday was a Jersey Burger
Yes, that’s a half-pound burger atop some sharp Vermont cheddar (with some jalapeño slices tucked underneath), covered with pork roll and a fried egg on a nice kaiser.
And yes, it was damned yum.

Wow. That looks like it could feed a family of four!
Let me slap some truth down on the table like a dead carp. I could eat two of those and have a butter tart for dessert, followed by some Alka-Seltzer and a couch nap. Could life get any better?
Did you see Tim Blair’s steak sandwich he invented? It’s on his website and is a mighty scary thing to behold.

Add some freshly kettle-cooked chips and a tall hefeweissen and you have Heaven.
