I got soaked on the way to the station this morning, my shoes are going to be wet all day.

Probably 2/3s of the folks in my office haven’t made it in yet because of subway/train/highway flooding.

We finally got below a hundred last week, and it’s still dry as a sermon. And Chimpy probably doesn’t even know eastern Washington is here!

Heck, Joel, we don’t need flooding, we have wild fires! If not here, over in Idaho and down in Oregon.
All this week it’s been between the the eighties and nineties with about two hundred and eighty three percent humidity.
I wish Al Gore would come to the Chicago area and make one of his global warming speeches. I’d really like a nice little snowstorm right now.
I guess Monday was a good day to fly back to Tampa, Florida.

Crazy, isn’t it? Actually Rebecca, I had the easiest commute of anyone in my office (I live in Jersey so thankfully the tornado was no where near my house) as the ferry had no problems; heck, what’s a little more water when you’re already on the ocean?
