Pelosi: Bush is ‘the gift that keeps on giving’

Former President George W. Bush is “the gift that keeps on giving” to Democrats, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (Calif.) said Thursday.

Actually, you are.

I can see November from my house.

  1. Oh suuuure….that’s why he got three standing ovations at his last lecture.

When was the last time that troll Pelosi got one??

  2. Dave E. says:

he’s almost two years out of office and they are still running against him. That’s just pathetic.

    Whistling past the graveyard

I can’t wait to see the look on Pelosi’s mug after November 2nd.

    AHAHAHAHA!!!
Gunslinger, that was freaky but oh-so-appropriate.

Considering Bush’s popularity has been skyrocketing recently when compared to the current Commander in Chief, Pelosi’s comment sounds like she’s preaching to her heads-in-the-sand choir.

Looks like they’re not done giving their own gifts…

I voted for Bush the first time he ran. But,he lied to start a war, that’s the greatest crime a leader can
commit. He will meet his Cromwell some day as did Charles in England.

“But,he lied to start a war,”

Do me a favor and bury this horse manure meme next to the “9/11 was an inside job” schtick, preferably in a five foot deep cement retention pond filled with nitric acid.

    Thanks. 😉

Thtat’s why he’s lying low. Afraid to come out in the light.A two- term President living like Al Capone just released from prison.
He’s like a kid who stole his class’s money, but now he thinks no one found out.
    He is a criminal

  10. Gunslinger says:

Greg, THIS is why we are over there for a second time, not some hare-brained “Bush lied” crap.
All Saddam had to do was comply and noting would have happened. He didn’t so he ended up dancing at the end of a rope for his troubles, end of story.

Bush was hardly the first to see Saddam for the problem that he was so if Bush was lying so was everyone else including former President Clinton, the House and Senate, the UN council and many intelligence agencies.

Try facing a little reality instead of cuddling up to loony fairy tales for a change.

Greg, you are SO OFF THE FARM on that comment, it staggers the imagination. Sometimes you worry me.

  12. tree hugging sister says:

    As for “the LIE”

  13. nightfly says:

Greg, he’s “lying low” because he has some dignity, and doesn’t have to go running around sucking down limelight like a hobo sucks down Boone’s Farm in a brown bag. He’s happily private. He doesn’t have to find the nearest camera every time his successors do something he dislikes.

  14. Yojimbo says:

He has a high level of personal dignity, and just as important, a respect for the office he held. That’s in stark contrast to the imcumbent as well as Carter and Clinton. You have to go all the way back to LBJ to find that kind of respect for the office among democrats.

Thank you, THS, for that Wired article. I’ve been trying to win this fight for years, stitching together a bunch of information (did ytou see the photos of the MiG 29 that was buried in the desert? Modified for chemical weapons, sold to Saddam sanctions or no) the MSM refused to print to prove the point: Bush DID NOT LIE.

You’d best learn this stuff, Greg because next week comes a test on Oil for Food and how the French, Germans and Russians are responsible for this war.

  16. Yojimbo says:

Well let’s not leave the UN out of this. They are the ones who got to administer this whole oil program for a piece of the gate. They are the ones that installed Paribas as Saddam’s personal banker and allowed him to build all those palaces with the money instead of using the money on his own people.

  17. Yojimbo says:

Hmm. “the” instead of “this”. Geez. Tears of regret and a thousand sorrows.
