I saw the whole 8 minute clip. Bibi was certainly direc, but he wasn’t scolding or condescending. Our president does NOT know how to handle any contradiction or critique at all.
Saw the vid! So great!!
The press conference was carefully staged. Obama gets to tell Israel it must abide by 1967 borders, knowing it won’t, but it helps the U.S. look better to the Arab world and gives us something to “give up” in future negotiations. Netanyahu gets to claim Israel truly wants peace but not at any cost, and holds forth dramatically on the concept of a Jewish state. Meantime American taxpayers are financing it notwithstanding “separation of church and state” in our own country. What an expensive show.
Isn’t the point to any conflict peace at any cost? Just saying.
