   Can’t imagine how much that cost – and can’t imagine that anyone would employ the Garden State Fireworks team for future fireworks displays.

   Yeah… but remember last year? “Did it start yet? Is everything ok? What, the powder’s wet? Ohhhh… it’s all right, it happens to everyone sooner or later.”

   Just adjust the dosage, and San Diego will be just fine.
