   That might actually be a legitimate question. Some people don’t seem to be able to read sidebars.

   From long experience working at a company that does newsletters – where we have nice large text “CLICK HERE” for unsubscribes and address changes on the sidebars. And people invariably write “I can’t find where to unsubscribe/change my address – please do it for me.”

   I get about 1 per week per newsletter.
