It was a pretty good night in general for Republicans in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

   Yeah, pretty much. Except noblesse oblige must be in the water in Spring Lake, Belmar and Manasquan where strange rich folks elected Democrats. Other than that, a fine night over all especially in the freeholder/sheriff races. Too bad about Anna, though, even if she did give that gangster Pallone a scare in the face of massive suspected cheating in Middlesex.

   All the peeps I voted for were elected. I cannot remember the last time that happened — if EVER. Sweet.

   Another wonderful thing happened today.

   It was the first day that TV and radio was free of those damn political advertisements.
