Of course you know that if I won it I would have to modify it to a mid 70s config, boneyard the Sewer Hornets, and put a sq or 2 of these on there……it’s not my name fer nuthin…..
God rest his soul, I think my father is doing Homer’s tongue-drop in Heaven right now. I’m surprised that an outfit like the Smithsonian or the Intrepid Sea-Air Museum doesn’t try to get its hands on this.
Nightfly, if I remember correctly, the Air and Space Museum already has one very similar to it, although of an earier carrier. Bill, do you know which one?
