There Are Good Things in This World That Are Blind, Like Justice

…which a BLIND evil thing has already faced. If you’ll remember my post from a few days ago, about Obama considering releasing the Blind Sheik ~ granted, the initial report was from The Blaze, but it had it’s elements of probabilities…yet Greg Gutfeld said it was HOPELESSLY IMPROBABLE last night on The Five…but then Ace takes a looks and says, “Now, THAT ain’t a denial!“.

Which leaves us this morning…with The New York Post AND Congressman Peter King:

O eyes ‘blind sheik’ release

GOPers blast idea to appease Egypt

The Obama administration is weighing the release of blind Sheik Omar Abdel-Rahman — the spiritual adviser to the 1993 World Trade Center bombers — in a stunning goodwill gesture toward Egypt that has touched off a political firestorm, officials said yesterday.

The Egyptian government “asked for his release,” an administration source told The Post — and Rep. Peter King (R-LI) confirmed the request is being considered.

The White House, State Department and Justice Department each issued statements denying any deal is in the works, but,

There’s no way to believe anything they say,” said Andrew McCarthy, the former assistant US attorney who prosecuted Abdel-Rahman. “I believe there may already be a nod-and-wink agreement in place.”

Truer words, my friends. In EVERY facet of EVERYTHING this gang of thieves touches.

  1. Michael Lonie says:

In “Yes, Minister” James Hacker, the main character and supposedly a Minister in the British government, said never to believe anything a government says unless they deny it. Then you can be certain it’s true.

I highly recommend both “Yes, Minister” and its sequel “Yes, Prime Miister” either the books or the TV series of those names. I have it on good authority that they show accurately how government operates in a modern democracy.
