   Well, this was from our State reps, so I’d have to look and see if Texas & Louisiana sis a video thanking everyone who headed over there.

   I’m not sure about a video, but they had a heckuva lot of tweets and stuff.

   That said, I was on the road during Andrew – heading SOUTH (and even the west coast was getting nasty gusts). Was coming back from a family reunion with 4 people, one of whom was a first responder and also had an 84 year-old mother still in place – we didn’t know where it would hit when we left Minnesota.

   We eventually came down I-75 highway – with trucks. Nothing but us and trucks. Lots of trucks. We were running on adrenaline and coffee – where we could find something open and serving.

   So were they – and they were all coming down from out of state to help. They came down the west coast where they wouldn’t get blown off the road (by that time, we knew where it was hitting), and as soon as they could, they went to the east to help.

   So, that show of trucks from other states really brought back memories.
