   Maybe all this explains why the feds bought 750 million rounds of hollow points. This reeks of a setup.

   Hollow points are live ammunition, Gary. Our troops aren’t allowed to use them…at least not on rioters overseas.

   Mr. B.,

   I should have noted that those rounds are all for domestic law-enforcement agencies like FEMA, Social Security(!), DEA, TSA, etc. Hollow points are illegal for anyone else.

   Gary, not to pick nits on this post, but the legality of HP ammo depends on the state.
