Well, He Of All People…

…knows how guns from the US get to Mexico

“Most of the guns used to commit violence here in Mexico come from the United States,” President Obama said during a speech at Mexico’s Anthropology Museum. “I think many of you know that in America, our Constitution guarantees our individual right to bear arms. And as president, I swore an oath to uphold that right, and I always will.”

“But at the same time, as I’ve said in the United States, I will continue to do everything in my power to pass common-sense reforms that keep guns out of the hands of criminals and dangerous people. That can save lives here in Mexico and back home in the United States. It’s the right thing to do,” Obama added.

Mind you, this is the same guy who declared April “Fiscal Responsibility Month.”

If President Zero wants to keep “guns out of the hands of criminals and dangerous people”, he’d best fire most of his cabinet and czars.

“Most of the guns used to commit violence here in Mexico came from the ATF and my Attorney General,” President Obama would have said during a speech at Mexico’s Anthropology Museum if he actually had a human soul or at least a conscience.

Ouch – was going to comment, but Gunslinger said it all.

  4. Skyler says:

He goes to a foreign country to promise to fight against the US Constitution?

    I’m speechless.

  5. Greg Newson says:

    Can you believe this President?
I’ve always told you guys, he doesn’t know he’s President of the United States. He views himself as head of the Federal Government, a subtle difference that means the difference between the ‘Beatles’ and the ‘Monkees’.
Ronald Reagan at the Reykjavik summit was the last President of the US.He said”I’m not going sign that piece of paper” he also asked
“How long will it take to get home, I want to have dinner with Nancy”

The claim that ‘[m]ost of the guns used to commit violence here in Mexico come from the United States’ is, to coin a phrase, barnyard fertiliser.

But, considering the source, I can’t say I’m surprised.

  7. Kathy Kinsley says:

@Skyler – no, you aren’t; you just said something.

@Greg. It’s going to be a long time before we get another Ronald Reagan. The RNC is in full-out “it’s HIS turn” mode. Hate to say this, but the ONLY potential RR out there is…well…female. And hated as much by the left as he was. (And as much by the mainstream Republicans, more’s the pity.)

  8. Gunslinger says:

Waiting for another Reagan is self defeating.
