That is a quirk of the House, they are always looking at the next campaign. Gutless. I’d like to see them do a real fix, stop the gerrymandering.

Add in Obama’s machinations, and I’m amazed that Congress can even agree when to have lunch, let alone pass a continuing resolution bill.
