If you’re thinking, “Hang on. Day of Pink? Didn’t we just have that?” No, that was Pink Shirt Day, the last Wednesday in February. This is Day of Pink, second Wednesday in April. Like the King streetcar, there’ll be another one along in a minute, enthusiastically sponsored by Scotiabank, Royal Bank, ViaRail and all the other corporate bigwigs.

Dammit. I used to LIKE pink.
The media world could use a shitload more of Mark Steyns. The man is brilliant.
Like major dad, everyone should own a splendid pink shirt, because you just never know when you’re going to need it.

Why am I reminded of the old Steve Martin routine where he gets the entire crowd to chant the “Individualist’s Code:”
