We need more refineries, before more oil. And we need them, like, a decade ago.

Yeah, imagine that! The bottleneck is production, not supply. No doubt the swampies are spitting in anger. That’s fine….they can be the first to walk everywhere, sez I.
Why don’t the lefties encourage the chinese to make ethanol plants? That would free up a lot of the cheap oil for my icemaker that Bushy McChimphitler supposedly started this war for.
